Le Pont comprises of five residential towers (total of 1124 flats), and thirty 3-storey houses with a gross floor area of 78,199 square meters. It includes a club house, a swimming pool, a kindergarten, a 3-storey parking lot with 274 carpark spaces and 46 EV-chargers, bicycle parking and a jogging trail.
Le Pont has also achieved the Provisional Gold rating under the HKGBC BEAM Plus NB with a combination of sustainable green living and energy efficient construction.
One of the distinctive features of Le Pont includes sky bridge links between the roofs of five towers, as well as six walkable photovoltaic panels installed on the roof garden of Tower 6 to provide backup power supply for roof lightings.
