The West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) is one of the largest cultural projects in the world, blending art, education and open space.
WKCD has implemented BIM and is also qualified for HKGBC BEAM Plus with a rank of Platinum under Neighborhood (Pilot Version).
Art Park: Undertook construction with provisions of electrical installation services for outdoor performances; construction of a one 3-storey theatre.
Freespace: Provisions of lighting control and acoustic environments with theatrical standards, especially for the MVAC system; Undertook construction of one block for restaurants and cafes, and four building blocks for the management staff office, warehouses, and the lavatory.
